"These poems have been written to express some of my best and worse experiences so far in life. As young as I am, I have discovered that life is not always that happy little fairy tale that my parents use to read to me before I fell asleep. However, I have also discovered that there is amazing people wherever you go that are everyday heros. These poems are meant to be a reflexion of what I've encountered and what is to come. Any interaction no matter how brief, can have a major impact on a person's life. The beauty of the sky can give hope to a person who has endured a tough day. The crimson and golden leaves of the autumn can reveal how things are not just black or white. I hope that my words can play such an impact on people aswell. Writing is an art that c an speak to people in so many ways based on how the writer choses to craft sentences in an attempt to express a deeper level of understanding.
